Hooked my computer up to my TV

its sweet.  I hooked it up to the 50inch LCD TV in my living room I got on black friday 06.  The resolution is a real odd ball at like 1152x680  So I had to get a program called 'PowerStrip' to load resolution profiles so my games would work with out having to manually change the resolution.  This thing, simply put,  blows my 22in monitor at 1280x1024  out of hte water.  Sure,  its not as much space on the desktop,  but the whole thing is ALOT bigger and games look great!  My cost: $8 for the cable from NewEgg.

Yep I do the same thing with our 50quot; plasma when I'm home, kicks ass.  Too bad this graphics card only supports a 23quot; monitor lol.

awesome! we used to do that all the time at half-life parties. man that was fun

hey you got it! cool!

Now you need to discover projectors..

Used to work for a company that made software which did astronomy simulation and immersive video in real time. We sold a product that hooked 4 high-end 'gaming' PCs to a Sony 4k SXRD projector:

..and pointed it t a really nice aluminum screen shaped like a dome. (Also known as a planetarium!) .. Oh, then we added a second 4k projector fed by 4 more PCs facing the other way for 180 degrees of immersive VR.

I once borrowed a (much!) lesser projector from the company B-stock for a weekend of wall-sized DVD/Xbox action. Good times..
